During summer and if weather permits the public outdoor swimming pool is in Prague-Čakovice is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. for everyone enjoying water fun.
Two swimming pools serve for swimmers as well as for non-swimmers. Large helter-skelter is very popular. In the resort, there is free playground with slide, swings, roundabouts and an inflatable castle for the joy of little ones.
The grassy area in the swimming pool has a capacity of up to three thousand visitors. Older people welcome the chance to sit on benches in the shade of trees, mothers with toddlers appreciate the shallow paddling around the pool. There are several food stalls serving a wide range of draft beers and soft drinks, as well as sausages, fries, ice cream, confectionery, etc.
Visitors have the opportunity to play tennis or futsal in the adjacent sports complex, which is not part of the resort.
To the swimming pool you can get by buses No. 140 (the "B" metro station Palmovka and "C" Letňany) get off at bus station Ke stadionu. Travel by car is also simple. Just behind the former sugar refinery in Čakovice turn from street to street Cukrovarská to the stadium and after about 300 meters you are on the spot.
