The well-liked project follows up last year's success, when in the prestigious Real estate project of the year 2011 it took first prize in the public choice award
This year the II phase of the project - buildings Lilie and Wild thyme, were nominated for the competition. Čakovický park managed to pull it off again, convincing the public about their superior quality. Our project obtained the most votes and again became THE ABSOLUTE WINNER!
The celebratory announcement of the results of the competition took place in Prague in the Hotel Clarion on the 1st of November 2012 at the 2012 Real estate congress.
